Email or SMS Verification Link
The six-digit code expires after ten minutes and the email link after 24 hours. Enter the code on the verification screen and a Verified badge appears on your profile. A mistyped digit in your mobile number stops the text arriving, so check it before you press submit. FantasyBet allows three resends per hour, and a wrong number locks you out of the SMS route for that hour. Correct the number on the account page, then request a new code.

I tick Remember Me on my own phone and nowhere else. Untick it on any shared laptop and sign out from the account menu when you finish. FantasyBet also ends a session after 30 minutes of inactivity, which closed my account on a hotel computer I had walked away from.
Enhanced FantasyBet Login Security
FantasyBet enforces a minimum password length and leaves two-factor authentication optional. Turn it on. I enabled it ten minutes after I joined, and the next login from a new device asked for a code before it let me in.

Go to Account, then Security, to switch on 2FA. I chose an authenticator app because the SMS codes lagged in the evenings. If someone steals your password, they still cannot pass the code screen.
Biometric / Passkey Login on Mobile
Face ID login on my iPhone took two taps in Security settings. My three-year-old Android handset offered fingerprint login but not face unlock. The desktop site does not support passkeys, so you type your password there.
FantasyBet Password Reset & Account Recovery
Forgotten your password? The reset takes under three minutes from the login screen. Have your registered email address and mobile number to hand in case FantasyBet asks you to confirm them.
Forgotten Password Flow
- Open the FantasyBet login page and tap Forgot Password.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Open the reset email, and check spam if it has not arrived after five minutes.
- Click the link within 60 minutes, before it expires.
- Type your new password twice and confirm.
FantasyBet rejects your last three passwords, so choose something new. Add FantasyBet's sender address to your safe list if your email filter is strict.
Unlocking a Temporarily Locked Account
Three situations locked accounts during my testing and in reports from other members:
- Five failed login attempts in a row
- A login from an unfamiliar device or country
- Verification documents that do not match your details
A lock after failed attempts lasts 30 minutes. Wait it out, or contact support to unlock sooner. Support asks for your registered email, your date of birth and sometimes a photo of your ID. I sent those details and had access back within an hour.
Viewing & Managing FantasyBet Login History
Open Account, then Security, then Login Activity to see your last ten sessions with the date, device and approximate location of each. I check mine once a month. If you spot a session you do not recognise, change your password, sign out of all devices and message support. The list stops at ten entries, so older records require a request to support.
